Blackberry Link Does Not Recognize My Passport

I had a z30 and had the black screen of death, so i backed everything up via link and just replaced it with the new passport! however in link it doesn't recognize the phone. the phone is there showing in link as have to put in my password (sometimes) but is greyed out. i can't switch devices.. Hello i tried to connect my passport to link, but it's not recognized at all. i can see the sd card in my computer, but not the device. i also have a z30 which works perfectly with the link on both of my laptops. passport doesn't work on any of them, except the sd card..
